Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Stiefeld Canada.

Because our boots are handcrafted in small batches, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist with size exchanges or store credit to help you find the perfect pair.


Exchange Eligibility

If your boots do not fit as expected, you may request an exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• boots must be unused and unworn outdoors
• boots must be returned in their original packaging
• boots must be in the same condition as when received
• proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be accepted for exchange.


Exchange Options

Once your return is approved and received, you may choose one of the following options:

exchange for a different size, if available
store credit for the amount paid in the original order

Store credit allows you to select another style or size that better fits your needs.


Return Request Process

To begin an exchange request, please contact us at:

support@stiefeld.ca

Include the following information:

• your order number
• the item you wish to exchange
• the size or product you would like instead

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

After approval, the item must be shipped within 72 hours using a shipping carrier of your choice.


Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item for exchange.

Original shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable.

Shipping fees for the replacement item must be paid separately and cannot be covered using store credit.


Discount Codes

If a discount code was used in the original purchase, the discounted amount will not be refunded or added to store credit.

Store credit is issued based on the final amount paid in the original order.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered electronically and are considered final sale.

Gift cards:

• cannot be returned or refunded
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• cannot be reloaded
• cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
