Hair-on hide products can last for many years with low maintenance.
You can clean your footwear with a soft bristle brush in the direction of the hair.
In case of stains caused by food, liquids, or other materials, clean the product with a neutral soap and warm water with a clean and soft cloth. Do not rub too much or soak the product. Do the procedure with care.
Do not use solvents, washing machines or dryers.

Will my pair look exactly like the photos?
Yes. Every Aurora is photographed individually before it ships. What you see is what you receive. Same hide, same pattern, same boots. No guessing.
Does the hair shed?
No. Premium hair-on-hide cowhide does not shed. The CEO's wife and Linnden have worn their pairs since 2018. Still no shedding.
If you have ever bought cowhide boots that shed, that is a quality issue with the hide, not a characteristic of the material. Stiefeld sources only from trusted tanneries in Mexico, and every hide is selected by hand before it becomes a boot.
What is the difference between the Aurora and the Aurora City Sole?
The construction, upper, and fit are identical. The only difference is the sole. The Aurora has a leather welt sole. The Aurora City Sole has a black rubber sole for extra grip and durability on everyday surfaces.
