This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on Stiefeld.ca are processed and delivered within Canada.
All orders placed through Stiefeld.ca are shipped to addresses located within Canada only.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian national holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be transferred to the selected shipping carrier for delivery.
Please note that processing times may increase during peak periods such as holidays, promotional events, or new product releases.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
• Ontario and Quebec: approximately 2–5 business days
• Western Canada: approximately 3–7 business days
• Atlantic provinces: approximately 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by shipping carriers and may vary depending on weather conditions, remote locations, or carrier delays.
Stiefeld Canada is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method.
From time to time, Stiefeld Canada may offer free shipping promotions within Canada.
Shipping Restrictions
Stiefeld Canada currently ships only within Canada.
We do not ship to:
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO military addresses
Customers located outside Canada should visit:

Because orders placed through Stiefeld.ca are shipped within Canada, customers will not be charged cross-border duties or import fees on these orders.
This is one of the advantages of shopping through our Canadian store.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to initiate a claim.
We recommend keeping:
• all original packaging
• the damaged product
• any shipping documentation
as these may be required by the carrier to process a claim.
