In case of stains caused by food, liquids, or other materials, clean the product with a neutral soap and warm water with a clean and soft cloth. Do not rub too much or soak the product. Do the procedure with care.

No. Premium hair-on-hide cowhide does not shed. Our cofounders have worn their pairs since 2018, still no shedding. If you have ever bought cowhide boots that shed, that is a quality issue with the hide, not a characteristic of the material. Stiefeld sources only from trusted tanneries in León, and every hide is selected by hand before it becomes a boot.
